Avanti Conveyors' reputation for after sales support and long term maintenance is now well known throughout their customer base.
Support Contracts
Bespoke support contracts available, Including PLC software, general mechanical and electrical maintenace. Support ranges from day to day telephone technical assistance to 24 hour priority call out. Contracts also include Site inspection and parts/maintenance reporting and recommendation to customer. Contract term lengths are variable to suit the customer's requirements.
Extended Warrantys
Warranty's past the standard included terms are available upon request, to cover software PLC commissioning and electrical / mechanical parts on supplied equipment.
