From initial sales brief through to order placement, installation and after-sales service, the Avanti team delight in exceeding our customers' expectations

To ensure stability in your production, we offer Support Contracts. Our chargeable Support Contracts help make your production more efficient and more economical by minimising downtime. Charges for the 24 hour helpline are as follows: 

Any customer without a Support Contract will be required to provide a Purchase Order Number on the call to allow us to process the request: 

  • Office hours £500 
  • Out of office hours £750 

Any customer with a Support Contract, but NOT 24/7 telephone support: 

    • Office hours £300 
    • Out of office hours £500 

    Customers with a 24/7 telephone Support Contract: 

      • Office and out of office hours £150 per call 

      Office hours are Monday to Thursday - 8.30 to 17.00, Friday – 8.30 to 16.00.

      We would like to ask you to use the service numbers and our hotline outside our normal working hours only in case of emergencies, e.g. machine breakdowns.       Support Contracts

      Bespoke support contracts are available, including PLC software, general mechanical and electrical maintenance.

      Support ranges from day-to-day telephone technical assistance to 24-hour priority call out.

      Contracts also include site inspection and parts/maintenance reporting and recommendation to customer.

      Contract term lengths are variable to suit your requirements.

      Extended Warranties

      Warranties past the standard terms are available upon request, to cover software PLC commissioning and electrical or mechanical parts on supplied equipment.
