Air Free by ‘23

At Avanti Conveyors, innovation is one of our 3 core values along with support and flexibility.

We are continuously looking for ways to innovate and push the boundaries of design and engineering to achieve energy efficient and cost effective solutions whilst maintaining the ultimate goal of maximising customer production.

The latest innovation drive that we are implementing is 'Air free by '23'.

It is our goal that by 2023, all equipment scoped within our supplied solutions will not require any compressed air supply from the customer, but instead will be all electric.

This has major benefits:

• Lower Energy consumption.

• Reduction in running costs – it is up to 7 times cheaper running purely electric compared to compressed air.

• Function and control are increased - with localised electrical methods we can utilise mechanical design to provide consistent handling control.

• Elimination of air pipework runs with inevitable leakages.

• Noise Reduction.
