Avanti Conveyors have created a valuable Site Service Kit for your own engineers to be able to fault find and to accelerate offsite support.

Our software engineers will be able to support your engineers remotely when you are using the relevant elements of this kit. This rapid response can get production back online and reduce any production downtime to a minimum.

This kit comes in a waterproof, dustproof, rugged, Avanti Conveyors branded case and includes the following items:

  •          Laptop complete with software
  •          AS-i Programmer
  •          NORD Variable Speed Drives hand-held Programmer
  •          Sensor Checker
  •          Tachometer
  •          All necessary leads and cables

Also included in this package is a one day training course at your site to educate your engineers on how to get the best out of the kit. Your engineers will also learn how to programme AS-i modules, fault find on NORD inverters and test sensors.

If you have a service contract with Avanti Conveyors, when our engineers are on site, they will also ensure that your laptop has the most current programmes when they have completed work and you will therefore have the latest software version. Alternatively using the remote access capability gained through this kit (internet access is required for this) , our engineers can undertake a remote update.
